We cannot get anyone to come to the school this year for our athletic physicals. Sudan Medical Clinic in Muleshoe will be available on May 16th or May 30th in the mornings only. Parents must call 806-272-7736 to make an appointment. The cost will be $25.00. We will be sending all U.I.L.  paperwork home this Friday. Parents will need to keep the physical paper, with the medical history side filled out, to take with them to the clinic. All other paperwork in the packet must be filled out and returned to Coach Kerr.
